BMS Battery Management Training Platform

The training platform consists of a test terminal installed on the panel, a BMS battery management control unit, a 3.5-inch BMS information device, a lithium iron phosphate battery pack, a 12V switching power supply, an emergency stop switch, a charge/discharge switch, a charging socket, a load, and a movable platform. It is equipped with self-locking casters for steering.

 

1. This equipment is based on a physical battery pack management and control system for pure electric vehicles. It can dynamically monitor the voltage of a single battery pack and a single cell, dynamically estimate the battery pack capacity, dynamically monitor the battery pack temperature, dynamically display all battery pack information, handle key presses in real time, dynamically monitor the total circuit current, and dynamically indicate alarms.

2. Trainees can intuitively compare the structural schematic diagram and physical object of the pure electric vehicle battery pack management system to understand and analyze the working principle of the pure electric vehicle battery pack management system;

3. The training platform is equipped with a main power switch, a BMS battery management control unit, a 3.5-inch BMS information device, an emergency stop switch, a jog switch, a 12V switching power supply, a charging and discharging socket, power detection terminals, etc. The power control unit electrical signals, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc., can be directly detected on the panel.

4. The training platform is equipped with resistive loads to simulate the discharge load of the battery pack during car operation.
