I. Equipment Configuration
We select mainstream new energy lithium iron phosphate power batteries, ternary lithium batteries, and blade batteries. The individual cells include, but are not limited to, 3.2V 60AH and 3.7V 50AH, and can be used as supporting materials for electric vehicles, such as aluminum-cased square or blade-shaped cells. Two of each type of individual cell are provided, with at least one dissected to measure battery voltage and internal resistance.
II. Basic Structure
1. The bottom of the load-bearing part of the equipment is made of sheet metal and assembled with a special connecting structure, making the bottom frame sturdy and aesthetically pleasing.
2. The training platform consists of a movable frame and a principle panel. The panel is placed vertically, displaying a three-dimensional anatomical diagram, introducing basic knowledge of single-cell batteries, and showcasing basic parameters of power batteries.
3. The training platform is equipped with 6 fully dissected individual batteries and 2 battery modules to realistically demonstrate the internal structure of batteries.
4. The equipment is equipped with a 16-channel battery capacity analyzer that can charge and discharge individual cells and battery modules.
