Common rail fuel injection system engine power failure inspection:
(1) Check whether the air filter is blocked
(2) Check the high and low pressure oil circuit for leakage.
(3) Check whether the thermostat is normal.
(4) Check whether the fuel quantity in the fuel tank is sufficient and whether the suction pipe of the fuel tank is normal.
(5) Use the fault diagnosis instrument T2000-WT to check whether the high-pressure oil pump is normal, and check whether the electronically controlled fuel injector and the pressure limiting valve are normal.
(6) Check whether the valve clearance meets the regulations and whether the cylinder compression pressure meets the regulations.
(7) Check whether the exhaust gas turbocharger is normal.
(8) Check whether the accelerator pedal position sensor is normal.
