The equipment is based on the systems of the refurbished Volkswagen Jetta chassis, and fully demonstrates the composition of the systems of the car chassis.

Including the car's front and rear suspension system, steering system, transmission system, manual transmission and gear shifting mechanism, braking system and other systems, movable benches for installing casters, etc.

It is suitable for the teaching needs of schools for the theory and maintenance training of various chassis systems.

Features

1. Install the real car chassis systems (including front and rear suspension systems, steering systems, drive trains, manual transmissions, gear shifting mechanisms, and braking systems) to fully demonstrate the composition of the car chassis systems.

2. It can actually display and disassemble the various systems of the automobile chassis.

3. The anatomical manual transmission can be dynamically demonstrated and tested, the deceleration motor can input power, the transmission can be shifted and tested dynamically , and the four wheels can be driven at a slow speed in contact with the ground.

4. The motor drives the direction booster pump to demonstrate the working process of power steering.

5. The base of the training platform is welded by steel structure, and the surface is treated by spraying process.
