Cylinder head ablation diagnosis
In use, in addition to judging whether the cylinder head gasket is ablated by detecting the cylinder pressure, you can also remove the water tank cover, start the engine to run at a medium speed, and observe whether there are bubbles in the water tank. If it is found that air bubbles continue to emerge from the water tank filling port, the cylinder gasket is ablated. If the fluctuation of the water surface increases with the increase of the engine speed, and there is water spraying out at the same time, the part around the water channel of the cylinder head gasket is washed away. At this time, the non-working cylinder can be detected by cylinder-by-cylinder fire, and the spark plug electrode can be removed to check whether there is water droplets; start the engine and observe whether there is water or water vapor sprayed from the spark plug hole to determine whether the cylinder gasket is burned.
When the engine is working, move around the cylinder head gasket with your hands, if you feel that there is gas, the hand will be ablated. When the cylinder head gasket is seriously damaged, air bubbles can emerge from the joint between the cylinder head and the cylinder block, which is the failure of the cylinder head gasket seal. During use, when it is found that the water level in the water tank drops rapidly, pull out the oil dipstick to check and find that there is water in the oil (the color of the oil is yellow or even white), which is why the cylinder gasket leaks; in addition, the temperature of the cooling water in the water tank rises too fast, and the pot is often boiled. The water inlet is splashing, but the water inlet pipe has no concave and deflated phenomenon, and the cooling water has no obvious consumption, which means that the cylinder gasket is leaking.
