In March 2001, Chery (Fengyun) sedan was officially launched into the market, and it quickly grew into one of the mainstream models in China. In June 2003, it launched the QQ series and Chery Oriental Son series sedan, which enabled Chery to cover the domestic market. Idle speed is unstable; fuel consumption increases; cold car is strenuous; intermittent car crashes.
Diagnosis: It may be the deterioration of the engine oil or the deposition of grease inside the engine caused by the untimely maintenance, or the throttle valve and the oil circuit are not smooth, and some parts may be damaged in serious cases. Inferior oil products are also one of the root causes of the above-mentioned failures. Due to the uneven conditions of domestic oil products, if the oil that is not enough is added, it will easily lead to incomplete combustion of the mixture in the engine cylinder, resulting in carbon deposits and sticking to the valve. The surrounding of the intake valve and the exhaust valve will affect the sealing performance, and then the compression ratio will be reduced.
Solution: Maintain on time and mileage in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual. It is generally recommended to change the oil every 5,000 kilometers, and clean the fuel injector and throttle valve every 20,000 kilometers; pay attention to the quality of gasoline when refueling.
Open the key door, and the indicator light of the engine control system flashes or stays on after the circuit is connected.
Diagnosis: Every time the engine starts to work, it must conduct a self-check through the computer to determine whether the engine is faulty. If a program error or human improper operation is found, the computer will automatically lock the engine, and the indicator light will be on all the time.
Solution: You can try to restart the car after ten minutes. If the engine indicator light is still on, you need to go to a professional maintenance station to check.
The power windows of the Chery car cannot be raised and lowered normally.
Diagnosis: It may be that the glass of the electric window has fallen off the slide rail; or the lifting motor and the circuit harness are not smooth; it may also be caused by the poor workmanship of some plastic clips.
Solution: If the glass falls off the slide rail, just remove the door and re-install the glass into the slide rail; if the lift motor is broken, it needs to be replaced as a whole.
The cool car idles and shakes, and the warm car is normal.
Diagnosis: Generally, there is too much carbon deposition around the valve, or the quality of the oil added is not high.
Solution: Try to clean the valve and refuel at a reliable gas station.
There is a phenomenon of picking up the car when accelerating or collecting oil.
Diagnosis: Mostly the fuel injector is dirty.
Solution: You can try to clean the fuel injector first. If the effect is not obvious, you should check whether the ignition system and the fuel supply system are working properly.
There have been cases of gear failure and no gears in the automatic transmission vehicles of the Son of the East.
Diagnosis: It is mostly caused by the falling off of the gear shift of the gearbox, which makes the automatic transmission lose contact with the gear lever in the cab.
Solution QQ morning cold car is not easy to start.
Diagnosis: Insufficient fuel supply of the ECU computer oil control system is the direct cause of the difficulty in starting at cold and low temperatures.
Solution: You can replace the ECU computer motherboard or add a resistor in front of the water temperature sensor to enhance the cold car fuel injection, and the fault can be solved.
Chassis and Frame
The rear of the chassis makes a "squeaky, squeaky" rubbing sound when crossing a pit or a ridge.
Diagnosis: Since the rear of the Chery car is equipped with a balance lever, there is a rubber sleeve on the lever, which will age and crack after being weathered for a long time, thus making a "squeaky, squeaky" friction sound.
Solution: You can check the aging condition first, if it is only dry and cracked, you can lubricate with some non-mineral butter; but if the aging is serious, you need to replace the rubber sleeve.
The steering wheel vibrates slightly when the vehicle travels at a speed of 85-90 kilometers per hour, and it disappears after more than 90 kilometers.
Diagnosis: It may be a resonance of the vehicle during driving. It is a normal phenomenon that the various components of the transmission system produce slight jitters during operation. This phenomenon is directly related to the road conditions, tire pressure, and tire wear.
Solution: You can first transpose the tires to see if there is any effect. If it is serious shaking, it may be that the toe angle of the tire is out of alignment. In this case, you can only go to the service station for maintenance.
electrical unit
The QQ car cannot start normally after installing the anti-theft device, or the instrument panel fails to alarm.
Diagnosis: Since QQ itself already has an electronic anti-theft system, the electronic anti-theft device installed privately can easily conflict with the computer of the original car.
Solution: After removing the anti-theft device, the fault can basically disappear. If it still can't disappear, it is best to let the technicians of the service station carefully repair the circuit. The original factory does not recommend the car owner to install any anti-theft device. If it has been added, the warranty will not be given. Therefore, the car owner who has added an electronic anti-theft device should remove it as soon as possible.
The water temperature alarm light is on, and the water tank is not short of water.
Diagnosis: Observe whether the electronic fan works when the water temperature is high. If it does not turn, it may be that the fuse of the electronic fan is burned out.
Solution: Replace the fuse. If it still doesn't work, let the professional technicians at the service station check whether the motor of the electronic fan is faulty.
