This experimental platform is based on Volkswagen Jetta ABS system, equipped with system working principle diagrams to truly show the working process of the system. It satisfies the teaching functions such as the structure composition and action demonstration of the ABS system. It is suitable for the teaching needs of automobile ABS system theory teaching and testing and maintenance training. 

Main components:

ABS control unit, diagnostic socket, ignition switch, brake master cylinder, brake cylinder, brake disc, brake pads, wheel speed sensor, drive motor, drive belt, analog mechanism, brake pedal, oil pressure gauge, mobile platform , Circuit schematic panel, etc.

Features:

1). Based on the real ABS system, the composition structure of the ABS system is fully displayed. 

2). The front and rear axles are driven by the three-phase asynchronous motor to simulate car driving. When the brake pedal is urgently stepped on, the ABS system starts to work, and the front and rear brake discs keep turning slightly, and you can feel the constant springing on the brake pedal, which truly demonstrates the working process of the automobile ABS system. 

3). There are detection terminals installed on the panel of the training platform, which can directly detect the electrical signals of each sensor and control unit pin on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc. 

4). The training platform is equipped with a pressure gauge, which can display the hydraulic changes of the brake master cylinder and the four brake cylinders in real time. 

5). The panel of the training platform is equipped with a fault indicator lamp and a diagnostic socket, which can be connected to a dedicated or general automobile decoder to perform ECU coding query, read fault codes, clear fault codes, and read data streams for the body electronic stability system. Perform component testing, parameter setting, waveform analysis and other self-diagnostic functions. 6) It is allowed to study the behavior of control components and solenoid valves. According to the different states of the control components, the status of the solenoid valve will be clearly displayed.
