The equipment is based on the real object of Volkswagen Passat automobile electronic and electrical system, and fully shows the composition structure and working process of automobile instrument system, lighting system, lighting system, wiper system, starting system, charging system and ignition system.

Functional requirements:

a. Truly operable automotive electronic and electrical system, fully demonstrating the composition and structure of automotive instrument system, lighting system, lighting system, wiper system, starting system, charging system and ignition system. 

b. Operate various electrical switches and buttons to truly demonstrate the working process of automobile instrument system, lighting system, lighting system, wiper system, starting system, charging system and ignition system. 

c. Each electrical component line terminal on the panel of the training platform is equipped with a measurement port. Refer to the supporting circuit diagram or maintenance data, and use oscilloscope, multimeter and other instruments to train the students' ability to recognize diagrams and measure various signals. 

d. A detection terminal is installed on the panel of the training platform, which can directly detect the electrical signals of various circuit elements of the electrical system of the automobile body, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc. 

e. The training platform is welded with high-quality steel, which has the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance and long service life. After plastic spraying process, it has a beautiful and high-grade appearance. The platform is equipped with self-locking caster device, which is flexible, safe, reliable and durable.
