With this teaching and training rig, all functions and processes, errors and measuring values are expected to be demonstrated and examined without emissions as they are in the original engine. All original parts and required components should be clearly arranged in the IPO-principle on the color printed front panel. The required power supply, wiring and component configuration should be integrated into the system and preset, ready for operation. This means the system can be put into operation immediately upon setup.

To have original fuel rail with fuel pressure controller and original fuel injection valves cylinder 1 to 3, functional as a unit 

To have original single ignition coil with output stages and spark plugs, visible ignition spark 

To have original throttle unit with throttle valve drive and angle sensor for throttle position  

To have original exhaust gas recirculation valve with throttle valve drive and angle sensor for the valve position 

Simulation: intake air temperature sensor with selector, intake manifold pressure transmitter continuously adjustable, coolant temperature sensor adjustable, lambda probe voltage adjustable, engine speed ?controller continuously adjustable 52 x measuring sockets in 4mm safety version
