Automatic AC System Training Bench

Description

Students are able to master structure and control principle of manual automatic air-conditioner through demonstration and practical training practice, which speed up the students understanding of manual automatic air-conditioner. It is an ideal assist equipment for teaching in school.

Functional characteristic

1. Equipped with Santana 2000 vehicle manual air-conditioning system parts, including air-conditioner

compressor, condenser, evaporator, drying bottle, expansion valve, air blower, control system components, ignition switch, and the other normal working device of vehicle air-conditioner system. It can vividly demonstrate the manual air-conditioning refrigerating process according to the operating method of original car, and show the structure composition and working principle of the system.

2. The corresponding air-conditioner circuit panel diagram, it adopts high-strength composite aluminum-plastic panel, laser color spray tracing technology. The diagram is circumscribed with detection terminal, which is able to detect signal such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signal of sensors, actuators, control unit pins on the panel directly.

3. Frame surface with: metal high temperature baking spray pain, bright and long life!

4. Equipped with OBDII TDCL, which can be connected to dedicated or common decoder to proceed code query, fault code read, data flow, waveform analysis, running data variation monitoring, and also the performance, function test and analysis of sensor, actuator and electronic control system.

5. Set power electric leakage switch, you are able to open/close power. It uses DC12V to replace accumulator which saves the accumulator charging issue and easy to use. High-quality cast iron protection guard.
