1. Product overview:

The equipment is based on Honda fit CVT, and is made by anatomical process, which fully shows the structure and working process of auto automatic transmission.

It is applicable to the teaching needs of automatic transmission structure theory and maintenance training in middle and higher vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges and training institutions.

2. Main components:

The transmission, decelerating motor, decelerating motor controller, movable platform, main switch of platform power supply, universal caster with lock and so on were dissected.

3. Functional features:

(1) the section is processed with the original transmission to fully display the working conditions of torque converter, oil pump, clutch, one-way clutch, brake and other parts of the automatic transmission;

(2) it is suitable for the teaching of the working principle and mechanical structure of auto automatic transmission, and can directly display the structure of various parts of automatic transmission;

(3) all of them are processed by CNC linear cutting, and the cutting surface is flat;

(4) the training platform is made of international standard aluminum alloy profiles, which features light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and long service life. Without the need of spraying process, it is more environmentally friendly and has a more beautiful and high-grade appearance. The platform is equipped with self-locking caster device, which is flexible, safe, reliable and durable.
