Features of automatic transmission training bench

1. The running automatic transmission assembly with dissection technology, the speed-regulating single-phase geared motor as the power source. Use high-pressure air instead of hydraulic pressure as the power of the electromagnetic valve, could set up to the practical operation towards transmission, for example, gear display, forward gear and reverse gear operation and other working conditions.

2. The each brake and clutch automatic transmission consists of a single gas path to promote its action, automatic transmission control unit according to the received multi-function switch and gear selector switch signal, control the corresponding electromagnetic valve action, to connect control corresponding pneumatic clutch, brake, so as to realize the shifting process of the transmission.

3. The measurement board of the training bench is painted with spray-painted of the original automatic transmission structure diagram, working principle diagram and the working condition chart of each working component in different gear positions. Students can directly compare the chart and the real object to analyze the transmission route of each gear position and the working process of each component.

4. The board of the training bench is equipped with automatic transmission gear display device and indicator light of gear position of the gear lever to display the working condition of the transmission in real time.
