(I) Product introduction

This test bench USES Passat B5 ABS braking system as the main material, and adopts four-channel ABS adjustment circuit, and four wheels are adjusted separately.

ABS system can run normally and can simulate the working process of ABS system.

It is applicable to the practical teaching needs of ABS system theory and maintenance training in various colleges and training institutions.

The training platform has complete functions, easy to operate, safe and reliable, beautiful and generous.

Attached are instruction book and experiment instruction book, relevant teaching materials of the subject.

(2) Structure and composition

Passat B5 ABS Body Assembly, ABS control unit, front and rear disc brake mechanism, wheel speed sensor and signal plate;

Panel iron cabinet, color original car circuit schematic diagram, hydraulic schematic diagram, speed regulating motor, frequency converter and high temperature spray treatment with roller bench.

(3) Functional characteristics

1. Real-time pointer pressure gauge display of master cylinder oil pressure and partial cylinder oil pressure;

2. The working status of hydraulic pump is shown by LED lamp;

4. The wheel speed is adjusted by the speed regulating motor;

5, automatic power off protection device, avoid motor backdrag, effective protection of electrical components;

6. ABS fault light display fault;

7. External computer detection terminals are convenient for detecting circuit voltage or resistance;

8. OBD data output interface, which is convenient for testing by special testing instruments.

9. The fault simulation system can simulate the actual operating conditions and set common faults in various ABS systems of real cars.

10.The base part of the training platform is welded with steel structure, the panel cabinet is formed by stamping, and the panel cabinet can be separated from the base. The surface of the platform adopts paint baking process with universal self-locking casters.

11.ABS brake system can be emptied and adjusted, system matching training.
