Features:

1. The product is based on the BYD Qin engine, including: starter, generator, fuel supply system, ignition system, intake manifold assembly, exhaust manifold assembly, engine cylinder head, cylinder block, piston connecting rod Engine working devices such as mechanism, crankshaft, flywheel, all sensors, actuators, etc.

2. The product adopts advanced CNC wire cutting technology to cut the surface of the engine to maximize the display: the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, the gas distribution mechanism, the lubrication mechanism, the cooling system, the intake and exhaust system and other internal components of the engine.

3. Equipped with asynchronous deceleration drive motor to drive the engine to run slowly, real-time simulation of the engine: working process of inlet, pressure, work, discharge, etc.; the driving part of the experimental platform is equipped with a safety shield.

4. The different components of the dissected engine are distinguished by different colors, which is convenient for observing the change of the coordination position of each component during operation. The visual effect is strong and the sense of structure is highlighted. Conducive to teaching and understanding analysis.

5. Equipped with lighting rendering lights, color light rendering of key structural parts, which is convenient for clear observation of the internal structure of the engine, and makes the product more ornamental.

Process characteristics

1. The base of the display table is welded with 2.0MM thick 40MM square tube, and the round table shape is made with 1.5mm thick iron sheet. The physical object and the display stand are bolted structures, which can be disassembled, installed and debugged at any time. The overall structure is reasonable, the platform is generous, fixed and stable, and the safety factor is high.

2. Caster structure: Universal universal locking nylon caster device with a radius of 50mm and a thickness of 50mm can be used for fixed/movable teaching.

3. The surface of the round table is made of high temperature baking sprayed metal paint, with bright colors and long life!
