Function:

1. The engine starts and runs normally, and all simulated operating conditions of the engine are normal.(including idle speed, acceleration, deceleration, etc.)

2. The fault simulation system can simulate the actual operating conditions and set up a variety of common faults of real vehicle engine.

3. The voltmeter displays the changes of sensors and actuators in real time, and the working status of the fuel injector pulse and other executive components is displayed with LED lights.

4. The pointer type oil pressure gauge indicates the fuel pressure value; the pointer type vacuum gauge indicates the vacuum pressure value.

5. Equipped with the diagnosis seat of the original vehicle fault detection communication, it can use the computer diagnosis instrument to read the fault code and data flow for the engine electronic control system.

6. The training equipment is equipped with the main power switch of the battery and other safety protection devices.

7. The measuring panel of the training platform is painted with 8mm thick high-strength acrylic plate color spray drawing circuit diagram. Students can directly compare the schematic circuit diagram and the system object to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system.
