The equipment is based on the physical object of the new Volkswagen Shichao automobile instrument system, which fully demonstrates the composition and working process of the automobile instrument system.
It is suitable for the school's teaching needs for the theory and maintenance training of automobile instrumentation systems.
This equipment meets the teaching needs of "five connections and ten connections" in automotive vocational education.
Features
1. After the system components are plugged into the wires, the real and operational automotive instrumentation system fully demonstrates the composition of the automotive instrumentation system.
2. Manipulate the switch, which can truly demonstrate the working process of the automobile instrument system.
3. The panel of the teaching board is made of high-grade aluminum-plastic board with impact resistance, pollution resistance, fire resistance and moisture resistance, and the surface is treated with a special process spray primer; school students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram and the real object to understand and analyze the working principle of the automobile instrument system .
4. The detection terminal is installed on the panel of the teaching board, which can directly detect the electrical signals of each circuit element of the automotive instrumentation system, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc. on the panel.
5. The panel part of the teaching board adopts a 1.5mm cold plate stamping and forming structure, which has a beautiful appearance; the bottom frame is welded with steel structure, the surface is treated with spraying technology, and has a self-locking caster device. The base of the teaching board is equipped with a desktop of about 40cm . , easy to place materials, light testing instruments, etc.
6. The teaching board uses ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is converted into 12V DC power supply through the internal circuit transformer and rectification , without the need for batteries, reducing the trouble of charging, and the 12V DC power supply has the function of preventing short circuit.
