At the same time, when the gas is suddenly compressed, a large amount of heat energy will be released, which will cause local heating, damage the equipment components and gasoline, cause unstable operation, and sometimes cause shock vibration. 1. Avoid oil pipe rupture, loose joints, and damage to seals;
2. When refueling, avoid inappropriately dumping down;
3. Insert the oil return pipe below the oil level;
4. Avoid the blockage of the oil filter at the entrance of the car engine training platform, which will increase the oil absorption resistance and cannot separate the air dissolved in the oil.
To prevent the gasoline temperature in the car engine training bench from being too high, the working temperature of the oil in the training bench system is generally better in the range of 30 ℃ ~ 80 ℃, and attention must be paid to prevent the oil temperature from being too high during use.
If the oil level in the fuel tank is not enough, the heat dissipation performance of the gasoline cooler is poor, the system efficiency is too low, the component capacity is small, the flow rate is too high, and the viscosity of the oil selected is incorrect, all of them will cause the oil temperature to rise too fast.
High viscosity will increase the energy loss when the oil flows, and low viscosity will increase leakage. Therefore, if you can pay attention to and check these problems during use, you can prevent the oil temperature from being too high.
